Lighthouse Title is based in West Michigan with 14 offices including Muskegon, Ludington and Grand Rapids, while IBT Title is based in Mid-Michigan with 6 offices including Big Rapids and Greenville. With Newaygo County being untapped markets between the two agencies, we've decided to pursue it jointly........thus LTi Title Agency. Our LTi logo reflects this joint effort as well. The "L" comes from Lighthouse, the "i" comes from the IBT logo and the "T" in the middle represents a Title agency between Lighthouse and IBT. LTi Title Agency is backed by the underwriter excellence of First American Title Insurance and LandAmerica Transnation Title Insurance.
